LitterFreeWorld Logo Usage Agreement

This Logo Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between LitterFreeWorld, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting environmental sustainability and clean communities (“Licensor”), and [Your Company Name], a business engaged in the production and sale of products (“Licensee”). This Agreement governs the terms under which Licensee is authorized to use the LitterFreeWorld logo (“Logo”) on Licensee’s products.

Why Use the LitterFreeWorld Logo?

1. Grant of License
   Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Logo solely for the purpose of displaying it on Licensee’s products and/or packaging in connection with promoting environmental responsibility and the mission of LitterFreeWorld. The license is granted only under the terms set forth in this Agreement.
2. Use of the Logo
   The Licensee agrees to:
   • Use the Logo only as provided by Licensor, without alteration, modification, or distortion of the Logo’s design, colors, or elements.
   • Ensure that the Logo is used in a manner that is consistent with LitterFreeWorld’s mission and values, promoting environmental awareness and litter reduction.
   • Include an appropriate disclaimer, such as: “A portion of proceeds from this product supports LitterFreeWorld’s mission to reduce litter and promote environmental sustainability.”
3. Approved Products
   The Logo may only be used on products pre-approved by LitterFreeWorld. Licensee agrees to submit samples or mock-ups of any products, packaging, or promotional materials featuring the Logo for approval by Licensor prior to production or distribution.
4. Quality Control
   Licensor reserves the right to review and approve the quality and design of any products, packaging, or promotional materials featuring the Logo. Licensee agrees to cooperate with Licensor’s quality control standards and to modify any product or marketing materials upon Licensor’s request to maintain brand integrity and consistency.
5. Term of License
   This license is granted for a term of [Insert Term] from the effective date of this Agreement unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any terms or conditions.
6. Ownership of Logo

8. Royalties and Compensation
